Marriage petitions can be filed for spouses outside of the United States or for those who are already in the country.<\/p>\n<p>The following requirements must be met to qualify:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The petitioner must be a US Citizen or permanent resident (green card holder)<\/li>\n<li>Must be legally married in the United States or another country<\/li>\n<li>Must be a bona fide marriage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Fianc\u00e9s Petitions \u2013 K1 Visa<\/h3>\n<p>US Citizens can bring their foreign fianc\u00e9s to the United States to get married by.
